The successful applicants will join our incredibly Fast Growing team which pays an hourly rate with a Performance Pay on top, Meaning you will be given the opportunity to make upwards of $40 a hour depending on how efficient you are throughout your day. Strong Guys Mission is to give our employees a reliable job through these harder times by providing a hourly rate with performance pay on top including Quarterly Profit Sharing,

Requirements & Qualifications
- Min. 1 year experience in the Lawn Care or Landscaping Field
- Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving skills
- Valid BC driver’s license with clean drivers abstract an asset
Terms and Conditions:
- Starting wage $28/hour + Performance Pay
- 40 hours a week
- We offer a stable schedule, and a very high potential of growth within the company.
- We provide Personal Protective Equipment (high-vis vest, eyewear, headsets, gloves etc.) as well as company branded work clothing (shirts, hoodies, hats, toques).
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to
- Meeting with clients and identifying yard maintenance needs.
- Maintaining gardens and flower beds.
- Mowing grass.
- Seeding and fertilizing lawns.
- Trimming hedges and trees.
- Performing routine checkups on clients' yards.
- Maintaining the aesthetic appeal of clients' gardens, yards, and outdoor areas.
